From The Guardian: Which Fish Are Safe to Eat?

David McCandless has created an information graphic concerning which fish are safe to eat, compiling information from the Marine Conservation Society, Greenpeace, and Seafood Watch.  As you’ll see, catfish, rainbow trout, and striped bass (which we will have available next year) are credited as being safe options; our variety of prawns is not shown here (not to be confused with tiger prawns!), but are raised just as carefully.  If you would like more information, please follow this link to the original Guardian article, which has additional links to McCandless’s sources.

I hope this can help us all navigate the confusing and changing situation regarding sustainable fish!
